Conference Registration
Registration Fees
Conference registration fees include: opening reception, breakfasts, lunches and nutrition breaks. The conference begins Wednesday May 20th at 9:00 am and ends Friday May 22 at 1:00 pm. The fees below include all applicable taxes.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received in writing prior to May 1, 2009 will be charged a $55 administrative fee. Cancellations received after this date will not be refunded. Replacements will be accepted with a request received in writing from the registered participant. Cancellations and replacements should be forwarded to the Conference Secretariat at: CABII@agendamanagers.com.
